Ingredients :

  • 3 ripe sweet banana
  • 100 gram organic coconut milk
  • 150 gram Nobi Nobi Organic Rice Crumbs
  • 50 gram organic coconut flakes
  • 30 gram all-purpose flour
  • 500 ml rice bran oil (for frying)

Method :

  1. Peel banana and cut lengthwise into ¼-inch thick pieces.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour and organic coconut milk and mix well.
  3. In a different mixing bowl, add Nobi Nobi Organic Rice Crumbs and organic coconut flakes and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Dip the bananas into the batter then coat in organic coconut flakes and Nobi Nobi Organic Rice Crumbs, and fry for about 5 minutes, until
    they are a deep brown color.
  6. Let bananas cool for several minutes, serve as soon as they are cool and crisp.
