Peel banana and cut lengthwise into ¼-inch thick pieces.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour and organic coconut milk and mix well.
In a different mixing bowl, add Nobi Nobi Organic Rice Crumbs and organic coconut flakes and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the bananas into the batter then coat in organic coconut flakes and Nobi Nobi Organic Rice Crumbs, and fry for about 5 minutes, until they are a deep brown color.
Let bananas cool for several minutes, serve as soon as they are cool and crisp.
