RECIPES
Ingredients :
- 300 gram finely minced salmon
- 1 large egg
- 50 gram finely minced carrot
- 50 gr finely minced onion
- 1 teaspoon finely minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon Nobi Nobi Organic Kids Formula Seasoning Powder
- 1 bag Nobi Nobi Organic Rice Crumbs
Tartar Sauce :
- 200 gram mayonnaise
- 50 gram sour cream
- ¼ lemon
- Salt for seasoning
Method :
- Add salmon, egg, carrot, onion and parsley to a bowl and mix. Mix until incorporated then season with Nobi Nobi Organic Kids Formula
Seasoning Powder. - Shape the salmon mixture into patties (each pcs is about 30-40 gram), and coat the in the Nobi Nobi Organic Rice Crumbs.
- Put them in a pan and add oil to half of the patties. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
- Make tartar sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice. Season with salt to taste.
- Serve salmon croquettes with tartar sauce.
