Ingredients :

  • 300 gram finely minced salmon
  • 1 large egg
  • 50 gram finely minced carrot
  • 50 gr finely minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Nobi Nobi Organic Kids Formula Seasoning Powder
  • 1 bag Nobi Nobi Organic Rice Crumbs

Tartar Sauce :

  • 200 gram mayonnaise
  • 50 gram sour cream
  • ¼ lemon
  • Salt for seasoning

Method :

  1. Add salmon, egg, carrot, onion and parsley to a bowl and mix. Mix until incorporated then season with Nobi Nobi Organic Kids Formula
    Seasoning Powder.
  2. Shape the salmon mixture into patties (each pcs is about 30-40 gram), and coat the in the Nobi Nobi Organic Rice Crumbs.
  3. Put them in a pan and add oil to half of the patties. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
  4. Make tartar sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Serve salmon croquettes with tartar sauce.
